Case Study: How Rewritewith.ai Found 50,000 High-Intent Leads

Rewritewith.ai is a Chrome extension that helps you write better LinkedIn comments. The founder wanted to reach salespeople—but finding ones who actually comment on LinkedIn is hard. Here's how we built a list of 50,000 people ready to buy using Bizdy.

The Challenge

The founder wants to reach salespeople because they leave lots of comments on LinkedIn to connect with customers. But finding these people is hard with a random list from Apollo or Lusha. Only a small number of salespeople actually comment on LinkedIn.

So we need to go beyond random lists. We need to find people who are commenting on LinkedIn right now.

We used our 4-step method to find the perfect customers:

Why Sales Influencer Posts?

There's a popular trick called the "$1.80 strategy." You leave comments on 9 posts in 10 different topics. That's why you see hundreds of people commenting under big influencers' posts.

When we looked at who comments on popular sales posts, we found people leaving 10-20 comments every day to get more followers. These are exactly the people who would love a tool like Rewritewith.ai.

If we make a list of people who comment on 100 influencers' recent posts, we get a great starting point. Each influencer has 20 posts × 50 commenters = 1,000 active people.
